Vinyasa Flow
During this class, you will explore your body’s unique physical and mental limits as you move through a series of postures designed to strengthen your physical and mental balance. Practice begins with a warm-up to awaken the body and leads into a peak flow sequence. Throughout the practice, you will be provided options for altering the intensity of the flow to meet the needs of your body. Practice concludes with seated poses and a final posture of deep relaxation.
Physical Intensity: Moderate to high.

Breathwork
Our breath is intimately tied to nervous system regulation - think of how different we breathe when we are excited, frightened, or deeply asleep. Our breath is perhaps the clearest window into our mental and emotional state at any given moment. More importantly, it is the only automatic bodily function which we can consciously control. In this class, you will practice a variety of traditional yogic breathing techniques. Some may energize you, others may relax you. All will teach you how to consciously and intentionally regulate your nervous system. This breathwork practice will bring you into the present moment, strengthening the connection between your physical, mental and energetic bodies.

Nude Yoga at the Belvedere
In this class, an offering in partnership with MMX, you get your heart rate up as you move through an energizing Vinyasa flow. Then comes the opportunity to make some new friends during a few optional partner poses. Fundamentals of Asana: A Beginner’s Workshop Series
New to yoga? Been a while since your last practice? Sign-up for this 4-part workshop. In each workshop, you will focus on one of four fundamentals of Asana practice - foundations, breath, focus, and space - as you move through a simple series of common yoga postures.
